Personal Training On-Ramp for Beginners

We have a beginner Personal Training Package where you will train with your trainer for 4 sessions to learn the fundamentals of the movements taught in CrossFit and/or Boot Camp. You will be in a comfortable environment and your trainer will guide you safely into exercise. You choose the time and days and we will be there to help you!

Small Group On-Ramp for Beginners

We also have small group On-Ramps that begin every other week. Our On-Ramp is 5 days long and goes over the fundamental movements taught in CrossFit and/or BootCamp.  You do not have to start with an on-ramp program, however, it is encouraged if you haven’t tried CrossFit or Boot Camp. You will be in a group of no more than 4 brand new members learning all of the fundamental movements together in a very safe environment.

Next On-Ramp for NW (Centennial and Durango): Monday, November 13th through Friday, November 17th from 5:30pm-6:30pm. (Sign up here)

If you miss one of the classes in your on-ramp, you can make it up at another on-ramp.
