Mission Impossible Upper Body 2

(try to finish in under an hour)

  1. 30 push ups
  2. 10 strict pull ups (or 25 jumping pull ups)
  3. 20 burpees
  4. 10 strict chin-ups (or 25 jumping chin ups)
  5. 20 slosh pipe military presses & 20 slosh pipe bench presses
  6. 50 sit ups
  7. 30 tricep dips
  8. 50 leg lifts
  9. Run 3 laps holding small tire overhead
  10. 50 hip dips
  11. 25 sand bag pulls in plank position (left and right is 1)
  12. 50 battle ropes (left and right is 1)
  13. 50 sledgehammers on each side
  14. Bear crawl the length of the warehouse x2
  15. 20 bicep curls, 20 triceps with kettle bell
  16. 20 stretcher shrugs
  17. Sand bag carry 3 laps using the blue sandbag
  18. 50 ground and pounds (straddling punching bag)
  19. 15 reps Olympic bar of your choice (Military press, bicep curl, shoulder shrugs, dead lift)
  20. 50 punches on bag
  21. 50 overhead ball bounces
  22. Tire throws with 3 pushups on tire across the warehouse and back
  23. Pull large tire hand overhand to you, reset tire
  24. Kettle bell carry across floor and back
