The class will consist of passive stretching, active stretching, dynamic stretching, joint strength, and foam rolling. There will be different focuses each class. It will be at your level and comfort, everybody is different. Mobility is a combination of strength and flexibility and the ability to apply it. This application is often the difference between injuring yourself or not in a workout.
