Obstacle Practice Race

We welcome drop-ins.

This is the conditioning class of your dreams. Yes, you’re going to get stronger, faster, leaner and burn a ton of calories, but you’re going to do it using obstacles and race-specific exercises! Don’t worry, there are alternates for every exercise.

Every Saturday:

11:30 am Practice Race

9:00am Rope Climb Technique (Beginner Obstacle Training)

9:30am Walls 4, 6, & 8 ft (Beginner Obstacle Training)

10:30am Everest, Traverse, Monkey Bars, Tire Flip, & Hoist (Beginner Obstacle Training)

Beginner Ninja Warrior Class Every Wednesday at 8:00pm
