CrossFit Challenge:

Fight Gone Bad

3 Rounds of:

-WallBalls (20# Ball 10ft Target)
-Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (75#)
-Box Jumps
-Push Press (75#)

In this workout you move from each of the five stations after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a 5min round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to the next station immediately for their best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

-Lower Body (12min)

  • 40% Body Weight Tire Pull

-Upper Body (12min)

  • Monkey Bars

-Upper Body Abs (12min)

  • 5 Bar Toe Touches
  • 4 (each side) Plank Position to Push-Up and Back Down

  • Lap including the 4′ wall and the cargo net
