Training Days and Challenges:
I need to give you a reason to commit. So, I’m going to charge you $300 for this 6 week program. However, if you come to 5 classes a week, meet with me every week, and follow the customized nutrition program without cheating, you get the entire program for FREE (I give you back your $300).
It’s time to let the Lil’ Rhinos be Ninja Warriors! Kids Camp is back this summer and is open to children ages 8 – 17. Your child(ren) will be pulling tires, jumping hurdles, running with logs, strengthening their core, and conquering obstacles at Camp Rhino!
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Camp Rhino our Ninja Warrior trainers instruct you how to jump/dive/hang-over/under/through the Ninja Warrior obstacles at Camp Rhino. You will also learn gymnastics movements that will help you progress in your obstacle AND CrossFit training.
