  3. 50 Hanging Leg Lifts
  4. 50 Twisting Sit Ups w/ dumbbell
  5. 25 Push-ups on medicine ball, touch each knee to ball every time
  6. 50 Plank log rocks
  7. 20 Sit-up burpees
  8. 20 Ab hold bicep curls on each side
  9. 10 Crunches while doing 6″ Ab hold
  10. 10 Crunches to the left while doing 6″ Ab hold
  11. 10 Crunches to the right while doing 6″ Ab hold
  12. 50 Sit-ups elbow touching left knee
  13. 50 Sit-ups elbow touching right knee
